2018
MODERN Pharmaceuticals Founded
Established as a specialized distributor for anesthesia and critical care products — covering all Egyptian governorates and bridging critical supply gaps in the market.
2024
TERIAQ Pharmaceuticals Established
Founded as MAH to develop and register owned and licensed pharmaceutical products in the critical care segment. Merged with MODERN to form the TERIAQ Group.
2024
First EDA Registrations — Isoflurane & Lidocaine
Successfully registered Isoflurane 100ml and Lidocaine HCl 2% 50ml with EDA. Pilot Batch production commenced with Stability Studies underway.
2025
Portfolio Expansion — Bupivacaine & Propofol
CMO agreements signed for Bupivacaine Heavy Ampoule. Propofol CMO negotiations with USFDA-approved international manufacturers underway.

Target — Full Anesthesia Portfolio
